现在的中国驾照上都有英文， 我觉得根本不用翻译, 因为驾照本身就是交管局颁发的， 所以上面本来就有的英文也应该属于official documents，比其他翻译和公证的东西应该更加权威才是吧？

为了得到最确切的答案，我最后还是写email直接给Penndot询问我母亲来美期间可否使用其在中国的驾照，居然很快收到回信，内容如下：
An international permit, obtained from your mother’s home country prior to traveling, may be used in Pennsylvania (PA) for one year from the issue date. Your mother must carry both her international permit and her valid foreign license with her when driving. The international permit is a translation of the information found on your mother’s driver’s license.

这样看来绝对是能用的，而且居然能用一年。。。因为之前有同学好心分享说其父母在国内花了300刀在旅行社办了国际驾照，本来我也想如法炮制，但这样看来只要在国内做个英文的公证就行咯？？
