Less than $1400 two UCB visiting scholars looking for apartment (berkeley/albany/el cerrito)

Hi all,

Both my friend and I will go to UCB as visiting scholars for one year. We will arrive at Berkeley on August 21 and now are looking for an apartment with 2 bedrooms within walking or biking distance from UC Berkeley. We can afford up to $1400 per month, including utilities. We hope that the lease is one year (begin August 21) and expect someone of you could bring us surprise.
